Ms. Molleen Dominguez, Ed Tech enthusiast of the Religious Studies department, is proposing a more efficient distribution of departmental course information through the creation of a dynamic Course Planning Document.

Religious Studies is creating a digital course catalog of sorts for its Junior and Senior level courses. Students watch an explanation video to lay out the requirements for Junior and Senior year of Religious Studies.

Students and parents can explore details about each course offering by clicking on course links that direct them to digital immersions of the class (demonstrated with videos, examples of student work, and photos of each class).
What’s cool about this Course Planning Document is that the department can continuously keep the document up-to-date year after year, while still using the same video to explain the process of course selections.

Imagine what selecting classes could be like if the school’s course handbook was modeled like this department. Way to go, Religious Studies Department!
